CONDITIONS
Island Pampering Specialists (IPS) provide two/three therapists at our pamper parties. We endeavour to carry out your preferred treatment choice but this may have to be changed due to circumstances outside our control. We will endeavour to offer suitable alternative treatments/ products, the customers satisfaction always our priority. By booking a party you are agreeing to and fully understand the terms and conditions.
BOOKINGS
A preliminary booking can be made by phone, email, online or letter. Upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit the party date and time are finalised. IPS reserve the right to book another party over the preliminary booking if the deposit has not been received, we will however contact you if this should arise. A courtesy confirmation call will be given one week prior to your party.
HOMESPA TREATMENTS
Bookings for Homespa treatments can be made by phone or via the Contact Page. A
£ 20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit must be received within 5 days of the booking. If the booking is a gift and you wish to pay in advance please send a cheque to arrive 1 week prior to the booking date. 24hrs notice is required for cancellation. If required cancellation notice given and full payment has been made you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. If required cancellation notice given the deposit can be moved to a new booking (one time only). Minimum age for Homespa treatments is 13yrs when accompanied by an adult. By booking a Homespa treatment you are agreeing to and fully understand the terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions apply.
PAYMENT / TERMS
A non-refundable deposit must be paid within ten days of the preliminary booking to secure the time and date of booked party. Full payment must be received on arrival to the party.
CANCELLATIONS
Five days notice must be given to cancel the entire party in order a receive a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit).Any less notice and the amount refunded will be on a percentage basis, and at our discretion. Any individual cancellations must be given two days in advance of a party to receive a refund or full charges will apply. A courtesy call will be given one week prior to the party to confirm numbers attending. The minimum number of people given in each package will be the minimum price charged even if numbers go below this figure.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
All personal information held by IPS is treated as private and confidential and used solely by us and shall not be disclosed to any third parties. We may send you offers from time-to-time either via post or email, if you wish to remove yourself from our mailing list please notify us in writing.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURES
Any complaints will be dealt with on an individual basis, please send a letter to our contact address.
COPYRIGHT & RIGHTS
All property/material/website belongs to IPS to include branding, graphical representations, logos, slogans, goods and services. This material/property cannot be used for any other purpose including the copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, republication and display.
LIABILITY
IPS are fully trained and are members of The Federation of Holistic Therapists and The Federation of Health & Beauty Therapists. All our therapists have Public Liability Insurance for your total peace of mind (£3M legal liability cover for accidental injury to customers).
FORCE MAJEURE
IPS may be forced to delay or cancel a party through circumstances outside our control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, terrorism or Act of God. We cannot accept responsibility for events outside our control to include hazards and dangers within your home or chosen venue.
IMPORTANT NOTE
A smoke free environment is requested to allow us to give the best results from our treatments. IPS are bound by our code of ethics to request that clients keep the drinking of alcohol to a minimum. Any violent/aggressive/suggestive/intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to terminate treatment/party with no refund.
Please ensure you have read the contraindications for treatment. We may have to discontinue treatment if a guest is found to have any ailment, infestation, virus or contagious condition. We will endeavour to offer an alternative treatment where possible.
